STATESVILLE, NC – Carolina Farm Credit recently concluded its first Instagram photo contest. The contest was designed for participants to show off what they were doing on their farms that makes them Farmer Strong. Photos were submitted from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and included everything from 4-H livestock shows and FFA camp to farmer’s markets and bee hives.
“Our territory is as diverse as our customers and we are inspired by their dedication to agriculture. Instagram is a fun forum for sharing these great pictures and this contest was a nice way to highlight their #FarmerStrong dedication.” said Maggie Hamm, Chief Marketing Officer, Carolina Farm Credit.
First place and a $500 gift card went to Alicia May.
Second place and a $300 gift card were won by Robertson Farm.
The Alpha Omega Corn Maze won third place and a $100 gift card.
