Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics has been adopted by the Board of Directors and establishes the institution's values and expectations for the ethical conduct of directors and employees in business transactions and includes a general statement of expectations for appropriate professional conduct. Fair Housing Act

Home Mortgage Disclosure Act

In accordance with the Federal Reserve Board’s Regulation C (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act), Carolina Farm Credit has available annual reports submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regarding compliance with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). The HMDA data about our residential lending are available for review. The data show shows geographic distribution of loans and applications, race, gender, and income of applicants and borrowers, and information about loan approvals and denials. These reports are available for inspection at the appropriate office listed below or copies are available upon written request.

Pay Transparency

Carolina Farm Credit (the “Association”) will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.  However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the Association’s legal duty to furnish information.
