Supporting the next generation of agriculture professionals

To help support students interested in agriculture, AgSouth Farm Credit offers scholarships to college students who are connected to agriculture and our cooperative at various universities across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Scholarships Available By State

North Carolina

Scholarships for the College of Ag and Life Sciences at North Carolina State University

Four scholarships, $2,500 each, will be awarded for the upcoming academic year. Recipients must be enrolled in an agriculture-related degree program and be a child or grandchild of a AgSouth Farm Credit member. If you are interested in applying for this scholarship, please contact the North Carolina State University academic affairs office after you have been admitted. You will need to complete a university financial aid application. Contact NCSU CALS for information regarding this scholarship.

Scholarships for the School of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences at North Carolina A&T University

Four scholarships, $2,500 each, will be awarded for the upcoming academic year. Recipients must be enrolled in an agriculture-related degree. If you are interested in applying for this scholarship, please contact the North Carolina A&T academic affairs office after you have been admitted. You must complete a university financial aid application.

Scholarships for the Agriculture Division of the University of Mount Olive

Four scholarships, $2,500 each, will be awarded for the upcoming academic year. Scholarships shall be for four-year or two-year undergraduate students. Recipients must be enrolled in an agriculture-related degree. If you are interested in applying for this scholarship, please contact the University of Mount Olive Financial Aid Office after you have been admitted. You must complete a university financial aid application.

South Carolina

College of Agriculture Forestry and Life Sciences at Clemson University
Two scholarships, $2,000 each, will be awarded for the upcoming academic year. Recipients must be enrolled in an agriculture-related degree.  If you are interested in applying for this scholarship, please contact the academics office here

SC State University 
Two scholarships, $2,000 each, will be awarded for the upcoming academic year. Recipients must be enrolled in an agriculture-related degree.  If you are interested in applying for this scholarship, please contact the academics office here
 

Georgia

Fort Valley State University
The Farm Credit Associations of Georgia (AgSouth Farm Credit, AgGeorgia Farm Credit, and Southwest Georgia Farm Credit) will award one scholarship at $1000 for the upcoming academic year. College of Agriculture & Environmental Sciences at University of Georgia
The Farm Credit Associations of Georgia (AgSouth Farm Credit, AgGeorgia Farm Credit, and Southwest Georgia Farm Credit) will award three scholarships, $3600 each, for the upcoming academic year. Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College
The Farm Credit Associations of Georgia (AgSouth Farm Credit, AgGeorgia Farm Credit, and Southwest Georgia Farm Credit) will award one scholarship at $1000 for the upcoming academic year.
